Special thanks to Rob and the FIRED PIZZA Company Team for making my son’s birthday celebration.  A great party and an exceptional day to remember forever.  Freshly prepared pizza dough and authentic Italian ingredients, what can you ask for to get the best Italian pizza on site and on wheels….wood fire mobile oven parked & pizzas baked on site.  All my friends and family were surprised on how the pizza baking was presented and tasted even better from what they have had in the past.  To Rob and his Team, thanks once again for being a part of this very special event and for making it a truly one to remember….great food, family and friends around.  Excellent service and yummy pizzas.  I hope to have Rob and the Fired PIZZA Team in our future events.  Service is second to none.  Highly recommended to all… Hector
