Mobile wood fired pizza ovens: At your next function enjoy wood-fired pizzas baked to perfection, sliced and plated sizzling hot straight from our mobile wood oven.  All our pizzas are based with our tomato pulp and mozzarella cheese, unless otherwise stated. Gluten free bases are available @ $3 per base.   We serve our pizza sliced and presented on quality biodegradable plates along with recycled paper serviettes. 

All menus are subject to change without notice and are seasonal as much as possible. Dietary options are available

Margherita - fresh mozzarella, basil leaves & evo (v)

Italian sausage, sweet onion jam, olives, balsamic glaze

Smoked chicken, cranberry sauce, roasted red peppers

Sauteed mushrooms, red onions, olives, parmigiano (v)

Chorizo, chili squid, capers, red onion, wasabi aioli

Ham, sauteed mushrooms, mascarpone, red onion

Anchovy sauce, capers, red onion, olives

Manuka smoked salmon, capers, cream fraiche, spring onion, rocquette

Grilled eggplant, olives, capers, feta, seasoned olive oil (V)

Chorizo, chili prawns, red onion, anchovy paste, Italian parsley

Quattro formaggi - fresh mozzarella, feta, ricotta, parmigiano, evo (V)

Verdi - basil pesto, wilted spinach, sun dried tomato, olives, feta (V)

Mer - chili squid, garlic prawns, spring onion, lemon aioli

Air dried salami, olives, oven roasted cherry tomato & evo
